Refunds
- Refunds can be done for the cases of product defects where the item is not repairable and we can not change it with a new identical item.
- The customer must inform and contact the company within 2 days from receiving the items
- In case if you received a wrong item we will replace it with the correct item.
- in case if any issue with the received product we will make sure to do our best to keep you satisfied with the quality of the product.
- Nai jewellery will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
